A variety pack is a simple way to start a collection or add several new shapes at once. We cannot accommodate requests for specific varieties.
Care Tips
Light: Place new arrivals in bright filtered light, then adjust exposure for each variety. Introduce stronger direct sun gradually.
Water: Check the needs of each cactus rather than watering the whole pack on a schedule. Most desert cacti need soil to dry between drinks; forest cacti need different care. Always drain excess water.
Soil: Use a freely draining mix appropriate to each variety and containers with drainage holes.
Temperature: Protect the assortment from frost unless the hardiness of each plant has been confirmed.
Shipping & Handling
- Assorted 2 inch plants are shipped with pots and soil
- Assorted 4 inch and larger plants are shipped bare roots without the pot and soil

Use a well-draining potting mix suited to the plant, as described in the Care Tips above. Choose a container with drainage holes and avoid leaving roots in waterlogged soil.
Allow the soil to dry to the level recommended in the Care Tips above before watering again. Always drain excess water.
Weather Conditions
- When ordering, be mindful that living succulents can freeze. If you live in an area that is below 40°F, please consider purchasing plant until the weather is more suitable.
