Tiger Jade: Tiny Leaves with Beautiful Markings
Look closely and discover the charm of Crassula exilis subsp. cooperi, commonly called Tiger Jade. Its small fleshy leaves carry distinctive darker markings, while creeping reddish stems build a low cushion of intricate foliage.
- 🐾 Patterned leaves add spotted detail to a small succulent display
- 🌿 Low, mat-forming growth creates a finely textured cushion
- 🍷 Reddish stems and leaf undersides bring subtle contrast
- 🌸 Small white-to-pink flowers may rise above the foliage
- 🪴 Miniature detail looks lovely in a bright, well-drained planter
Place Tiger Jade where you can appreciate its markings up close. Its fine texture makes a lovely companion to larger, smooth-leaved succulents.
Care Tips
Light: Give bright light with gentle direct sun. Acclimate gradually and protect from scorching afternoon heat.
Water: Let the mix dry between waterings, then water thoroughly and drain fully. Water less when growth slows.
Soil: Use a gritty, fast-draining succulent mix.
Potting: Choose a pot with drainage holes and repot when the roots need more room.
Humidity: Provide good airflow and avoid persistently damp foliage.
Temperature: Protect from frost and cold, wet conditions.

Care Instructions
Please visit our Succulent Care info page for more details.
To ensure the health of succulents, it is important to plant them in porous, well-draining soil. Succulents require little watering, but don't like to sit in wet soil. To create an adequate cactus mix, simply add pumice, perlite, or grit to cactus soil to provide the proper drainage.
Allow the soil to dry to the level recommended in the Care Tips above before watering again. Always drain excess water.
