Test and adjust hydroponic nutrient-solution pH with one complete kit

The General Hydroponics® pH Control Kit gives growers a simple way to test reservoir or nutrient-solution pH, then make measured adjustments with pH Up or pH Down. The color comparison system covers pH 4.0–8.5 and helps you keep most hydroponic crops in the slightly acidic range they need for nutrient uptake.

What is included

  • 8 oz. pH Up liquid
  • 8 oz. pH Down liquid
  • 1 oz. concentrated pH test indicator
  • Test tube, eyedropper, and pH level chart

How to use

  1. Fill the test tube halfway with nutrient solution.
  2. Add a few drops of test indicator and compare the color with the chart.
  3. Adjust carefully with pH Up or pH Down, then retest your solution.

Good to know: Many growers target approximately pH 5.5–6.5 for hydroponic nutrient solutions, but your crop and growing medium may call for a different range. Follow the product label and your crop-specific guidance.

Testimonials

★★★★★

This shop has great customer service. Although they mainly sell pots they also have a few plants to sell. I bought one of these plants and it shipped very fast. The plant I received is beautiful but it was the wrong plant. I contacted the shop right away. I told them I will keep the plant but I’d still want to buy the one I wanted. The plant I wanted also cost less so I offered to pay the difference too. The shop apologized for the mistake and said they will send the right plant right away and to keep the plant i already received. I thought that was awesome, thoughtful and very professional and that goes a long way. Thank you so much and I really appreciate that.

Simply a beautiful and artistic Peety pot. Will be the pot for an Adenia metamorpha and the two will definitely display awesome artistry.
