Tradescantia sillamontana 'White Velvet' covers its fleshy leaves in silky white hairs. Stems begin upright and can trail as they lengthen, giving a bright container a soft, textured look.

Use a well-draining potting mix suited to the plant, as described in the Care Tips above. Choose a container with drainage holes and avoid leaving roots in waterlogged soil.
Allow the soil to dry to the level recommended in the Care Tips above before watering again. Always drain excess water.
