Description

The ThinkGrow TSD-1 LED stand is an optional accessory for installing ICL-300 light bars within the growing area. Two TSD-1 stands are required for one ICL-300. Add one more TSD-1 for each additional ICL-300. Each stand includes the support bracket and two sections of aluminum tubing. It is a separate accessory and is not included with the ICL-300.

Installation

  1. Insert all four molded legs into the central mounting bracket, ensuring that each leg securely snaps into place.
  2. Loosen the screw cap, pass the aluminum tube through the opening at the top of the central bracket, adjust it as needed, and tighten the cap firmly. Use one or two sections of aluminum tubing as needed.
  3. Use the two collar mounts supplied with each ICL-300 to fasten the light bar to the aluminum tubing. Loosen the adjustment-knob screw cap, pass the tubes through it, set the required orientation and height, and tighten the cap.
  4. Align the holes on both sides of the light bar with the aluminum tubes. Align and join the mounting brackets on the tubes and the light bar, then inspect alignment and secure installation before proceeding.
  5. Check that all screw nuts are tight and that the ICL-300 brackets are correctly aligned and joined to the TSD-1. Gently push and shake the stand to check stability. If it moves or feels loose, adjust or tighten the hardware before use.
