Aloe plicatilis is called “Fan Aloe” forms like a small tree with its fan-like leaf shape and grey stems. As the plant matures you can expect it to reach up to around 2.4 m (12ft) tall and about 1.8 m (6ft) in diameter. The plant is best known for the green leaves that grow upwards.

It should not sit on the water, and an excess amount of water should be avoided. The best way of watering is soak and dry method for Aloe plicatilis “Fan Aloe”.
